Prescriptions:
Written prescriptions are provided during your office visits with refills to provide enough medicine until the next scheduled appointment.
Some medications require more frequent monitoring than others.
Refill Requests:
For refill requests that don’t require a follow up office visit, please ASK YOUR PHARMACY TO FAX us the refill request.

Refill requests will be processed within 1 – 5 working days. Please plan accordingly.
Insurance Required Medication Authorizations:
We choose the medication we believe best meets your individual needs. Should your insurance company deny the prescribed medicine, we can discuss insurance approved alternatives (we request that you obtain the company’s drug formulary either through their website or booklets.) A follow up visit may be required to discuss alternatives.
Appeals or requests for additional information from the insurance company may result in a processing fee charged directly to you. This is a non-covered benefit and may range from $15 - $50 depending upon the amount of work required. We are happy to tell you the amount you will be charged prior to completing the paperwork.
